My personal journey:  Hi, it’s Sherri here. I want to give some context to this article.  I began seeing an acupuncturist about a month ago for a variety of things and I am amazed at how effective it has been. Not only the needling, which has helped with some back pain but also the Chinese supplements that were prescribed. (p.s. the needling almost immediately begins to help with better sleep) I can order these supplements online myself and have ordered some of these for family members.
