Better Together: We achieve more when we work together. We bring our full selves—our ideas, voices, strengths, and energy—and unlock more than we could alone. Through collaboration, mutual support, and celebration, we amplify our impact and bring joy to our shared journey.

“Better Together” – I think you nailed it above Lori Beth, having people to bounce ideas off of, having people who care about the same things you do, it just makes you feel good. When you feel good, you do your best work! Learning from one another is a huge benefit. I enjoy how everyone here at E&I can collaborate without being petty or without trying to run another person over. Everyone wants the same thing and we all work together to make it happen in the best possible way!

It is indicative of the culture we have, filled with the most generous, talented and inspiring people I personally have ever had the privilege of working with. It means so much to see in action everyday how we all work together, helping each other succeed, and thrive!
To me, being Better Together is about showing up for each other, recognizing our individual strengths, and openly sharing areas where we can grow. When I grow, and others grow, E&I grows and therefore we become Better Together! It is the responsibility of each and every one of us to do this for ourselves and each other. It also means aligning as one team, united by a shared goal and a clear understanding of our strategy.
