by Jeannine Del Pozzo

Hi Team,

I’m excited to share that Nomali Perera has joined E&I as our new Executive Director, Organizational Development & Transformation, beginning April 8, 2026 . Nomali will be working from her home office in Boulder, CO as part of our People team, under the direction of Sean Esbjorn-Hargens, Chief People & Culture Officer.

As Executive Director, Organizational Development & Transformation, Nomali will design and scale enterprise-wide culture and development initiatives aligned to our DDO journey. She will partner with the People team to advance E&I’s multi-year culture strategy, support leaders and teams through developmental coaching grounded in adult development theory. Nomali will help build and use meaningful growth metrics that reflect individual, relational, and organizational learning, and serve as a thought partner and internal coach as we strengthen feedback, learning, and psychological safety across E&I.

Nomali is a transformational leadership strategist and executive coach with 15+ years of experience supporting leaders and organizations through culture change, adult development, and organizational learning. Her work spans corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, and educational environments, including partnerships with organizations such as Deloitte, major healthcare systems, and global learning institutions. She brings deep expertise in adult development theory, Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO) practices, with a strong ability to translate complex developmental concepts into practical, people-centered strategies. In her most recent role, Nomali has been working as a Developmental Coach and Vertical Development Assessor with Founder Readiness Institute, where she conducts developmental assessments that contribute to the design of vertical development coaching programs that support founders and senior leaders navigating complexity and growth.

Nomali is also deeply committed to service and education. Her work includes designing learning experiences for incarcerated communities, facilitating global leadership programs, and contributing to mission-driven organizations focused on human development and social impact. In her personal time, she enjoys hiking in the Boulder mountain trails, loves to travel, and is a big lover of animals and participated in public awareness-building to end the practice of elephant captivity for the purposes of tourism in Asian countries.

Please join me in giving Nomali a warm welcome to E&I!

Thank you,

Jeannine
