Welcome Rachel Arietti, Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations

by Jeannine Del Pozzo

Hi Team,

I’m excited to announce that Rachel Arietti has joined E&I as our Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations. Rachel will begin her career with E&I on April 20, 2026, at “Better Together”!  She will report to Kevin Carlsten, Chief Revenue Officer and will be working from her home office in Castle Rock, Colorado.

In her role as Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Rachel will lead strategic planning and execution of revenue operations across our Growth & Engagement teams. Her focus will include sales strategy, performance analytics, planning and segmentation, business intelligence, systems and process optimization, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, supplier enablement, and member engagement. She will play a key role in driving transparency, accountability, and predictable revenue growth while supporting E&I’s culture.

Rachel brings more than 18 years of experience leading global revenue operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy across Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. She has held senior leadership roles at Visa, Magic Leap, Amazon/AWS, and Accenture, where she partnered closely with executive teams to drive scalable commercial strategy, operational rigor, and measurable revenue growth. Her background includes global sales activation, market adoption and scaling sales organizations across direct and channel partner models focusing on ensuring cross functional stakeholder alignment.  Rachel is known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for building high-performing teams. She is deeply committed to mentoring talent, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their two dogs—Zoe the labradoodle and Luna, their bernedoodle puppy. Originally from the East Coast, Rachel grew up in Connecticut (Go UCONN!) and later spent several years in the Philadelphia suburbs before heading west. Much of her free time is spent cheering on her daughters at cheerleading competitions and basketball tournaments or traveling with family and friends to either a mountain getaway or a warm-weather escape with a great “beach” read.

Please join me in welcoming Rachel and helping her feel right at home as she spends her very first day with us at “Better Together”!

Thank you,

Jeannine
