Welcome Brie McDaniel, Program Coordinator, Community Engagement & Education

by Lori Beth Rodrigues

Hi Team,

We are excited to announce that Brie McDaniel has joined E&I as our Program Coordinator, Community Engagement & Education! Brie will begin her career full time with us on Monday, March 16, 2026, and will work out of her home office in Griffin, GA., under the direction of Casey Laurienzo, Vice President, Community Engagement & Education. Brie will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the EdPro NextGen Leadership Program, managing day-to-day operations, participant onboarding and communications, tracking and reporting, and workflow coordination. She will collaborate closely with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure a seamless, high-quality program experience for participants.

Brie brings extensive experience in program coordination, leadership development, and community engagement within higher education and mission-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Director of Student Life at Gordon State College, where she coordinated large-scale, multi-session programs such as New Student Orientation and leadership development initiatives. Her work spanned scheduling, participant communications, logistics, assessment, and continuous improvement across in-person, hybrid, and virtual environments. In addition, Brie has partnered with external organizations as an Instructional Designer with Steele Roar, supporting the development and delivery of leadership programs, including curriculum development and content research for E&I’s EdPro NextGen Leadership Program.

Outside of work, Brie enjoys reading daily, along with listening to audiobooks. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, spoiling her dog, as well as travelling. She occasionally knits and crafts, and is slightly obsessed with Ted Lasso! Brie recently started training for a 5k and is passionate about slow fashion as well.

Please join me in warmly welcoming Brie McDaniel to E&I! We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the impact she will make!

Thanks,

Lori Beth
