I am excited to announce that Diana Perez will be joining our team as an Associate Data Analyst, beginning Monday September 21, 2026. She will report to Melek Ucar, Director, Analytics and will be working from her home office in Dallas, TX.
In her role as Associate Data Analyst, Diana will support E&I’s analytics initiatives by collecting, preparing, validating, and analyzing data to help drive business insights across multiple departments. She will contribute to reporting, dashboard maintenance, spend analysis projects, supplier data reviews, and other business intelligence efforts. She will also collaborate closely with teams across Sourcing, Member Engagement, Finance, and Operations.
Diana has over 10 years of experience leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making, with a strong background in Excel-based analysis, business intelligence, and quantitative data interpretation. Most recently, Diana has been expanding her technical analytics skills through the Springboard Data Analytics program, gaining hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Throughout her career, she has analyzed data, monitored performance metrics, optimized business processes, and translated complex information into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a Mathematics Minor from the University of North Texas and has completed analytics-focused certifications through Springboard and DataCamp. She enjoys exploring innovative ways to apply analytics and AI to solve business challenges. Outside of work, Diana has also developed several personal analytics projects, including retail sales, travel, online retail, and credit risk analyses, demonstrating both her curiosity and passion for data-driven problem solving.
Personally, Diana enjoys traveling to new places, spending time DIY crafting and taking on home renovations. She loves puzzles and board games, too!
